WARRANTY
STANDARD WARRANTY
This warranty covers defects in manufacture that arise from correct use of the product in accordance with the user manual and/or instructions included with product. These terms cover the following items for one (1) year from purchase date: BladeX and any authorized accessory developed or sold by BladeX Fitness.
In the unlikely event that a problem should occur with your BladeX products, please email us for return information. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, modification, moisture, extreme heat or cold, corrosive environments.
Unless your BladeX products didn’t work when you first received it, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the product for your replacement. We recommend that you use a carrier that will track your shipment and insure your product’s safe delivery. We cannot accept any returns sent C.O.D.
BEFORE YOU RETURN YOUR ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST. THERE MAY BE CASES WHERE WE DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT RETURNED, WHICH WILL SAVE YOU MONEY!
YOU NEED TO LOVE IT…
Most importantly, you need to be enjoying your investment and we’re goign to stand behind you as much as possible. With that in mind, if you honestly don’t like our product(s) and don’t find it effective in your workout program, we will work with you on returning all equipment within the first 30 DAYS after purchase. As stated, we will try to work with you personally to solve any frustrations or questions you might have with our system. But, if you’re still not convinced, we’ll coordinate a free return with you (provided the Blade is in good condition). We’re trying to give you our best product, workouts, and personalized service at as low of a pricepoint as is possible.
THERE’S SOME LIMITATIONS
I mean, if you drop it off a building or bend it back to flat, we can’t accept it back. We can understand the odd scuff, but we ask that you treat the product repsectfully if you’re unsure that it’s going to be somethign for you.
Again, we want you to LOVE this product, like we do, and it’s been our passion project for the last 3 years to make it a versitile and effective part of your future workouts.
Help us help you! And please, don’t try to run it over witha truck…. We’ve already done that. It’ll survive it, to a point, but we’re not an informercial creator. We’re fitness people who want to deliver you a good product fairly.
